I have lived in Sunrise Village for over 10 years. When my family and I first moved to Safford I rented a home herein Sunrise Village. We later bought a home and are still living in Sunrise. It's a family friendly and pet friendly neighborhood. The staff has been very good to our family. Nice place to enjoy life.

Nice neighborhood! Friendly reasonsble management! Prices super low for a quality space! There's even a pool and recreation area! Good parking! I like that theres so mamy enterances.
Park has a pool but its only open in the summer but they are lazy cant keep it clean therefore can't keep it open. This last summer it was open a total of 3 times hot tub stays out of order. They have a laundry/ rec room that never gets utilized lot rent is to high
