This is the worst apartment I ve ever had. It started with over a dozen ceiling leaks the first winter I lived here. I was so scared that I asked the landlord three times if my ceiling would fall in and he said no but part of it did. Luckily, I wasn t under it when it happened. The building I live in hasn t been upgraded ever to my knowledge except for a new roof due to all the leaks. My shower is constantly clogged. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor turn their light switch on. There is no security and we re not a... read more
Basically, this was a below average 1970s era apartment, with a good fair number of maintenance issues. When I first moved in, I was awoken by an odd sound which seemed to be coming from the bathroom. I went into the bathroom and noticed a white, foamy liquid was backing up out of the bath tub pipe and rapidly filling the tub. I contacted the landlord, but by the time they arrived the liquid had flooded the bathroom, hallway, and half of the bedroom. A week passed before management cleaned the carpet.
