I have been using Dawn for less than a year at my STR. My husband and I recently stayed at our STR only to get there and find that the cleaning was sub par. The bathroom rugs were dirty, the mop was left in a closet and was smelling, the bathroom sink faucet had white splatter, blinds were left open and I shook out the bathroom rug only to find dirt falling out of it! WARNING about irresponsible business Dawn Pennington and her business SUNRISE HOME SERVICES Recently I hired her to do cleaning at my STR. After briefly meeting, I decided she would be great person to relay on while I'm away. She completed two cleaning and during the third one, a huge issue has arisen. I didn't know anything about the issue until the guest called me upon their check in and telling me the house was unlocked and there was no key at the lockbox. Dawn is the lifeblood of my AirBnB business. She cleans and maintains my property and it is always immaculate. Her work on my property has allowed me to maintain super host status for the last two years. She's always quick to respond to any of my questions and is extremely helpful.
