I am so blown away by how professional, kind, and organized everyone I've spoken to over the phone is. I was nervous for my son's first day and called so many times, but everyone was quick to reassure me and give me all of the information I needed.

Thank for sunrise giving my Kids the opportunity to share a great experience today. She really enjoyed herself. lol now she saying she want ro drives buses! The glow of here face was priceless. They have taken my daughter (pre-k and nonverbal) to the wrong location several times. I can’t imagine they have appropriate procedures in place to ensure their drivers have correct directions. The only reason I was aware there was a problem is because the driver called me. The person in the office (Naperville) when I called to report the issue earlier this month was more upset the driver called me than the fact they don’t appropriately prep the drivers.
