They have taken my daughter (pre-k and nonverbal) to the wrong location several times. I can’t imagine they have appropriate procedures in place to ensure their drivers have correct directions. The only reason I was aware there was a problem is because the driver called me. The person in the office (Naperville) when I called to report the issue earlier this month was more upset the driver called me than the fact they don’t appropriately prep the drivers.
