I am not a customer of Sunrise transcription but have been bombarded with a barrage of email requests for business. They have no 'Unsubscribe" link in their email and have to complied with efforts to get them to stop sending the biweekly email. They are, according to this behavior, unprofessional and either unaware or unable to comply with common courtesy or business practices. I would be wary of any business whose behavior does not adhere to the norm. The excellent customer service you deserve is probably missing.
