I purchased a top of the line Sundowner Horse trailer in 2022. From the day we drove it off the lot the trailer brakes have not worked - the sales person sent us off with the trailer brakes not working and assured us that the brakes would burnish. They did not and have not though I've tried, in 3 years until I had a mobile mechanic come and take a very good look at it (along with my truck) and detect and repair the problem - the brakes were contaminated and could not burnish. My trailer arrived several months later than the promised date and when I went to pick it up, it had a different axle than the one I ordered. They blamed the manufacturer but didn't offer me any reasonable solution.
Reg helped me with a service question and put time and diligence on my concern even though I'm on the island and couldn't give him my business. I'm so impressed with the care and concern of this outfit and Reg in particular- wish I could give more stars!
Reg was so great to deal with! Made the whole ordering process quick and easy. Took great care and detail on the handover day and couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you so much!
