Rented horse trailer. Security deposit NOT RETURNED for 2 months! 4 phone calls and in person office visit to get deposit back! TERRIBLE!
Rude horrible customer service
This is the worst place to come to for rentals, I rented a horse trailer to bring my horse from kelowna taking days off from work which is hard already, especially the manager he’s very rude and has an attitude for no reason. We booked the trailer we got there at 10am to get our BOOKED trailer and he says he gave our trailer to someone else 30 minutes before us even though we booked it. Highly don’t recommend!
Good services
Sunrise Trailer is a great place to get your work done. They are cost efficient and do a great job and provides great customer service. Every employee of their is so respectful and very understanding especially Sheila she is great at her work. She tries to understand your problem and and try to get your job done ASAP I recommend everyone to try Sunrise Trailer‘s and use their services at least once and they’ll see the difference.
