This is the worst place to come to for rentals, I rented a horse trailer to bring my horse from kelowna taking days off from work which is hard already, especially the manager he’s very rude and has an attitude for no reason. We booked the trailer we got there at 10am to get our BOOKED trailer and he says he gave our trailer to someone else 30 minutes before us even though we booked it. Highly don’t recommend!

Sunrise Trailer is a great place to get your work done. They are cost efficient and do a great job and provides great customer service. Every employee of their is so respectful and very understanding especially Sheila she is great at her work. She tries to understand your problem and and try to get your job done ASAP I recommend everyone to try Sunrise Trailer‘s and use their services at least once and they’ll see the difference. I stopped in to try and source parts for my newly acquired 2nd hand Wells Cargo trailer I am trying to repair. Sheila was extremely helpful and found all the obscure parts I required to repair my trailer and they were all in stock! Highly recommend her in Parts and Service!
