They charge way too much for vehicles & keep me there for 7 hours, knowing that I lived in Connecticut. I came for a red Toyota Camry, which was gone when I got there by getting dropped off and had no way of getting home but to buy a car. Little did I know that the road at another dealership was the red one I wanted and way way cheaper, so by keeping me there for 7 hours, the other dealership was closed. Five stars (wish i could give 100) to KEVIN MINAYA in Service and the mechanic who worked on my Prius. Kevin is easily the BEST Service Advisor in that department (I have dealt with several of them). This was a BIG JOB, cost me thousands $$$. He's straight forward and honest (not robotic or salesy).
