I used to see Sandra French who was amazing, sadly she left and I was assigned to Gabi Cuervas PA. I brought up some memory concerns and Gabi immediately accused me of taking my klonopin daily. I was taken aback and confused, as I don’t take it daily, apparently you aren’t supposed to pick it up when the pharmacy texts you.. who knew! It would have been nice to know! I would have given them a 3 until my recent experience yesterday. During my telehealth appointment recently, they said they would no longer be prescribing certain kinds of medication. So that means I will need to find a new provider who will which can take months. Why did they wait until my appointment to tell me? Medication is very critical so we should have been given more notice. Very strange.
Only making this review because Tangie is an outstanding employee of this company. She deserves a raise.
