I've been a client of sunrise therapy since the beginning of 2021, specifically with Alicea .. A huge part of my healing and personal growth has happened under her care & I'm so grateful for that. I recently began EDMR which can be intimidating but Alicea always remains patient and kind with me ontop of offering guidance and insight. From day 1 she has always reminded me to be gentler to myself and thats something that has stuck with me on a daily basis. Truly appreciate Alicea & sunrise therapy for all theyve done for me!
