Rented 2 storage units and couldn’t get in . Lost 3 hours , called 20 times to the manager , never got an answer and any assistance
John is always available to answer questions. I needed to switch units and there wasn’t a problem.
Worst customer service ever, no reply to over 3 weeks of voicemails, texts, and emails to cancel our service. Just got charged again, no reply from the owner. Gate code never worked, luckily was able to get in and remove our camper.
Not well maintained, couldn't access entry half a dozen visits, waste of gas and time. Rodent boxes not maintained, (right next to sprawling field)! Key pad entry not maintained nor covered for weather related issues. Website not maintained.
I have had nothing but good experience with this storage facility. It took me about 30 whole minutes after I found this place to reserve a unit, call, and get the unit number and be in the brand new unit.
