My recent experience with The Wellness Shop @ 317 S Service Rd , Grimsby resulted in my decision to purchase our hot tub. The staff were very attentive, detailed & informative. We had Ryan one of the tech come out. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and efficient in fixing our hot tub issue. Would recommend anytime.
Reliable and they simply add to the convenience of owning a swim spa. Recommended
Purchased a hot tub cover and some product from Zack. A great experience with a friendly face. Amazing inventory and now I have my eye on one of their saunas.
Friendly staff and very quality products at reasonable prices compared to other brands. A couple hiccups in the delivery and electrical hook up that were smoothed out quite successfully.
