I went into the location looking for filters for my existing hottub. I became smitten with the floor models, before I knew it I had purchased a new tub. Everything was easy! Installation was done quick and on time. Love my new tub
Had a great experience with Ryan, our technician who diagnosed the issue with our hot tub. He explained what he saw, provided some recommendations and founds us the best price for the parts we needed. He wasn't pushy at all or tried to upsell us anything but made courteous suggestions. Great communication as well. Would recommend using Wellness Shop for Jacuzzi hot tub repair or service
Very happy with service and very helpful and friendly would recommend to anyone
We recently had technician Ryan from the Wellness Niagara Shop come about an issue we had with the control panel on our new jacuzzi hot tub. He arrived as scheduled and even texted us when he was leaving his previous clients location. We found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He not only fixed our issue but also gave us lots of tips and advice about how to care for our spa. All in all it was a good experience
We noticed our hot tub was making a louder noise when the jets were running. We called and we got great service in a phone call, an appointment booked and a time. When Ryan came to our home, he was prepared and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He got the part ordered and a followup technical visit. The speed and efficiency was so appreciated!
