My recent experience with The Wellness Shop @ 317 S Service Rd , Grimsby resulted in my decision to purchase our hot tub. The staff were very attentive, detailed & informative. Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson when we purchased the hot tub at the end of April of 2024. I bought local and brand new to have a personal relationship with the manufacturer and to have a warranty so I wouldn't have to fix it. Little did I know that Jacuzzi bought Sunrise in 2020. Soon after installation, we had issues with speakers and intermittent problems with LED lighting. Wellness shop came out and diagnosed the problem with my spa efficiently With great communication and compassion . Thankful for job well done .
Had our hottub repaired by Jamie and Matthew both techs were very knowledgeable and very professional
Purchased a hot tub with Tony! Tub is great, Tony is fantastic to work with, does not pressure you, gives you all the information and the service post delivery is 10/10. Would highly recommend!
