Back in December the wife and I were looking at hot tubs and we had already gone to a few places. We came with 2 boys and we walked around the shop floor for awhile till we had questions. We the recent purchase of a hot tub, initially I went to 5 different outlets of different designs to obtain an understanding of energy efficiency, environmental friendly and services needed for a proper installation. This lead me to work with Tony Nicholson with my final decision. Our hot tub of 18 years had finally stopped working and it was time to purchase another. We wanted to stay with Hydropool and found that Sunrise Spas in Grimsby had a number of options at reasonable prices. The salesman Tony Nicholson was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with our decision. The delivery company was very good and had the tub setup within no time. We highly recommend Sunrise Spas.
We purchased a hot tub from Sunrise spas a few months ago. I have had many hot tubs but this was the first time having to purchase brand new as our previous homes always had one already. We really didn't know where to start but our sales person, Tony Nicholson was amazing. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us through the purchasing from start to finish and even helped answer a few questions after we had it installed and running. We had a great experience and loved the no pressure approach Tony had. Bravo!
