I bought a sunsise spa back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they have been bought out by the wellness shop. Seems when the temperature gets below zero the tub has a hard time keeping up to temperature. I have called for warranty and they came out to look at my tub, made a change with the program and now the heater comes on when the pumps come on. This is a great store. The service is amazing very knowledgeable staff. Rachel was so professional, she was friendly and very helpful. If you are looking for a Hot Tub, Sauna and simply need to get education on these types of products I would highly recommend this location.
The entire process from the time we first walked in to look, to installation, to getting in the hot tub for the first time was completely seamless! Zack at the store is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I couldn't have asked for a better Jacuzzi salesperson!
