Gayle Wyner saved my life. She helped me process years of trauma and currently my divorce. I don't know what I would do without her advice and guidance to a healthier, happier, life. Along with her, the office staff is absolutely wonderful. Julie and Laurie are always quick to respond and answer any questions. Highly recommend Sunrise Solutions if you're ready to better your life. They will take care of you!

Sunrise Solutions and Gayle have been amazing. My wife died suddenly and unexpectedly 5 months ago, and Gayle has been a tremendous resource helping me to navigate the grief and confusion that come after such a traumatic event. She has been caring and compassionate, listens carefully, and gives thoughtful and helpful suggestions. If you are unfortunate enough to need Gayle's help with grief counseling, don't hesitate. Highly recommended.

I am so happy that I discovered Sunrise Solutions. Ashley, my therapist, has been instrumental in supporting me through a very difficult time in my life. She is quite professional, but more importantly, kind. I always feel fully seen and heard with Ashley. She has guided me in using new tools she’s taught me, to enrich my life. She truly is a blessing. The Sunrise Solutions staff are always welcoming. They are quick to respond to any correspondence. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Sunrise Solutions!
