Worst service I have ever experienced in my real estate career! I have used Sign & Post many times in the past with no problems, HOWEVER, things have really changed. It took 6 days after our request to have the sign go up, missing the first OPEN HOUSE! Then it took so long for the SOLD sign to go onto the sign that we cancelled. It then took so long for the Sign to be removed (7 days, not counting the weekend!) that the Buyers agent contacted me twice to request that it be removed. Worst SIgn Company - never installed into ground, put in front of line of sight of drivers on the corners, in the wrong location. Now changing companies and they took their posts and left some of my signs in the dirt, on random porches or are now missing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
What a joke!!!! These guys installed my sign but not the requested rider (saying they lost it or didn't have it). When I complained, they said they would make good on it, even if they had to make a new one. They apparently found it or made it, went out to install it, then could NOT find the original sign THEY INSTALLED!!! Maybe by the time the listing is sold, they will get the signs correct.
