It was a pleasure to work with Manhal. I am from Sydney and he was based out of Melbourne. All it took was to coordinate work with him on the phone to have a splashback replaced. It took over 3 weeks since the splashback had to come from the supplier. Manhal always kept me posted and followed up with me and kept me informed on the progress. Awful customer service. And my renovated bathroom now has a crooked shower screen and silicone residue runs everywhere I have been trying to remove for about 10 months so far. They came back to fix but no clean up and still not right.
