It was a pleasure to work with Manhal. I am from Sydney and he was based out of Melbourne. All it took was to coordinate work with him on the phone to have a splashback replaced. It took over 3 weeks since the splashback had to come from the supplier. Manhal always kept me posted and followed up with me and kept me informed on the progress.
