Extremely bad experience. Organization charges dues but question as to where money is applied as playground equipment is over 30 yrs old, pool non functioning and claims no security. Neighbors may be on "the registry " according to " the watchdog "
Extremely bad experience. Charges dues but vague as to where applied even though tax exempt with claim of non profit status with state of Texas . Was billed for thousands but denied my request for proof. Very poor investment
Very bad experience. Urge to investigate where "dues " or "assessments " are going to as they claim to be " non profit ". Rack up frivolous charges then refused to deliver proof upon request
