Fast and dependable service
Had a technician come out to give us a quote on a whole new AC unit 7/22/20 and I have called 3 times over the past week to get the estimate and the receptionist has told me she will call the technician to get the quote and call me back...still no call back. Very poor customer service. This company has definitely gone down hill. Previously we have used them for over 10 years. We will no longer be customers.
