We rent 108 every year for the past 4 years through vrbo. Very nice condo, clean , short walk to the beach. Has an elevated swimming pool.
We just returned from a week at Sunrise Sea, Unit 406. The condition of this condo for the price paid, was deplorable. Mold everywhere, floors very dirty, washing machine filled with mold, bathrooms were moldy, no doors on four of the kitchen cabinets, blood stain on the bedspread, trash can was enough to gag you.
