The old man is very rude. I bought several 1x6x8 needed only one cedar board. He said it wasn’t worth him digging one out to sell me he acts like my business wasn’t worth it to him he must not realize word-of-mouth travels a long ways
Great people great inventory
Nice people, very sociable and good lumber. Right now they're not buying logs because they have an abundance of them because of hurricane Helene. But if you need any lumber go get you some!
Poplar grows crooked? No it don't.
Don't take your logs here, they are a joke. Not only did they not tell us what they were going to pay for them after they scaled them, they said it would be a few weeks before they could mail a check out. When we finally did get our check, I was almost insulted. In the notes he made up reasons, like the logs were crooked, when they were not. I've heard other people say the same thing. Take your logs to Canton.
