We loved it here! The resort is so well maintained and clean! The services were above and beyond. I needed a few things in the room and Allen at the front seat was so prompt at responding… even hand delivering a blow dryer since the one in the room broke. It wasn’t his job but he said housekeeping staff were on their break. Really appreciated such friendly, prompt customer service!
Really nice vacation spot, family friendly and the front desk receptionist are very helpful. Alan and Sherry were wonderful with check in/out. Only downside was the room got very hot despite the air conditioning unit and tower Fan that was provided. Pool and hot tub are great and very clean but the lack of pool towels was a slight inconvenience. Location is great, close to stores as well as a beautiful ocean access.
Really disappointed with our experience! We showed up at 1pm expecting to check in, only to be told that check-in doesn’t start until 4pm. I asked the front desk where that was mentioned because I couldn’t find it anywhere, and the response I got was, “I have no idea.” Seriously? We were traveling with our 2 yr old, who was exhausted after the drive and needed a nap. Since we weren’t allowed into our room, we had to get back in the car and drive around just so our child could fall asleep. That’s not how anyone wants to start... read more
