Husband & I were visiting my parents whom had the reservation from Texas & they were visiting from South Carolina. It was freezing 🥶, snowed ❄️ alot & couldnt do much but everything was beautiful & staff was very friendly & took care of anything we needed during our stay at Sunrise Ridge Resort...

Me gusto mucho, La atención al cliente siempre fue super bien, el apartamento esta bien, solo que pienso que toca remodelar un poco algunos detalles, por eso doy 4 ⭐️

The reason I gave only 3 stars is because the beds were horrible to sleep in. The mattresses are very hard and if you have any back problems at all you're going to have a tuff time. I ended up getting an air mattress and sleeping on the floor. Yes it was that bad. It's hard to enjoy a vacation if you're not rested.

We had a great stay! The staff and maintenance were attentive and helpful with all of our requests. We stayed in the building with the renovated rooms which were super nice and new. The gas fireplace is a showpiece, does not warm the room unfortunately. We had the 1st floor and still had a great view of the mountains but recommend higher floors to see more. La atención muy buena el personal muy amable, la limpieza esta bien, lo único que debería es remodelar un poco algunos detalles, pero muy comodo y me gusto la ubicación.
