Back in 2023 Duluth had a hail storm and I agreed to sign a contract with Sunrise. I had an adjuster come out to visit my property and see the damage. The insurance bought my roof and the adjuster was trying to buy my garage as a tare down and replace due to the condition of the garage. The adjuster said that she needed a quote from sunrise to see the full cost as to write it into the claim.
