Excellent customer service to the receptionist there at sunrise psychiatry.. Kind, prompt & goes the extra mile for patients couldn't ask for anyone else with out a doubt!
Friendly office staff, caring and knowledgeable PA. Didn’t feel rushed. Excellent at communicating how to best get in touch with them. Email responses have been prompt. Telehealth options are helpful as well. Overall great experience. For those reading all of the reviews, remember the scope of a psychiatrist evaluation & treatment vs a therapist. This office did an excellent job and we have a separate therapist that recommended them to us for psychiatry needs.
I moved back to beach. I called them. Never got a response. Thank goodness I found someone else here for my medication. I would have gotten very sick if not. They didn't even call to make sure I'm ok and found someone. Nothing. It's about money. But I can say that for as long as I was their patient , which was a long time, they were very nice.
