Friendly office staff, caring and knowledgeable PA. Didn’t feel rushed. Excellent at communicating how to best get in touch with them. Email responses have been prompt. Telehealth options are helpful as well. Overall great experience. For those reading all of the reviews, remember the scope of a psychiatrist evaluation & treatment vs a therapist. This office did an excellent job and we have a separate therapist that recommended them to us for psychiatry needs.
I moved back to beach. I called them. Never got a response. Thank goodness I found someone else here for my medication. I would have gotten very sick if not. They didn't even call to make sure I'm ok and found someone. Nothing. It's about money. But I can say that for as long as I was their patient , which was a long time, they were very nice.

Great office and easy to work with. Very helpful, especially when it comes to experience and flexibility working with various pharmacies to make sure you get your Rx as quickly and easily as possible. Best doctor's office I've worked with.
My experiences here have all been pleasant. Everyone has been patient and helpful, especially when I was trying to figure out what medications and routines worked best for me. Mr. Jaffke is kind and professional and I would recommend seeing him for anyone that is struggling to find the right path for their mental health.
