Great company
Brought house., used this company to bring out a propane tank and fill with gas to heat pool. When we brought house there was no tank. We paid over $1600 dollars for portable above ground tank that sets above ground. Filling tank was $400 plus dollars. I had to put house on market to sale after 3 months. I Contacted Sunrise to come get tank that was still filled with gas. We were told if new owner not want take we will come and collect and refund your money. The company sent someone to fill my tank it was empty. I don't us the propane any longer. With the new electric heater, I put in. So, the tank should be full, but they said it was empty. When I asked for a service man, they said they sent one out. We never saw him or were notified they were coming. I tried to get them to send someone else to no avail. Awakened to strong smell of propane. Called sunrise prone immediately, received voicemsil saying someone would call immefistely. Over 1 and one half hours, still mo rrxponse.. not good when on call person doesn't respond, not to mention dangerous. Will be changing propane cpmpzny.
Sunrise propane has been price gouging me as a customer for over 2 years. They have been charging me between $6.10 to $6.70 per gallon of liquid propane while the average price per gallon in my community has been around $4.80 per gallon. Since I rented my propane tank from Sunrise, I could not get any other propane company to fill the tank. Therefore I was locked into paying their inflated prices. Sunrise Propane showed up right on time. The guys they send were friendly, and in addition to filling our tank, they sealed a leak in our gas line, which has become a safety issue. Great service all around!
