The only person on the current staff that is any kind of decent or helpful is Mrs Rhonda. All others are ignorant or rude or just don't care about their jobs or the people they are supposed to provide service to. Dr Rivera is great, but the staff for the most part is horrendous. If you plan on calling up there try to speak with Rhonda, or else you will be lucky to get anything accomplished, or get put on hold for5-10 minutes then get hung up on. Completely unprofessional.
