Thank God for this office! I needed to get a package to Jamaica urgently and Mr. Javier was more than accommodating. I needed to change the address like three times. They were even open on Good Friday! My package arrived on time in two days and package well in tact. If you need fast turn around and great help this your place! Thank you again Javier!
This place waste my time 2 times. I went for fingerprints for Florida healthcare license and they supposed open at 10. I wait until 10:15 and it was still closed. I called and nobody answered. This place if is open in any time of the day , it should be update its hours or close their business
Javier Ossa provided me with phenomenal customer service. My request was out of the ordinary and Javier had to do some research to walked me through the process for out of state fingerprints. I am truly grateful for the time in took to make sure I was able to get this completed correctly. Thank you Javier
I wanted to write this review more than a year ago but never sat down to do it.... There is a reason that this store keeps getting 5-start positive reviews. Javier is super professional, patient and detail oriented. I've mailed several very important packages and he made sure to deliver them on time without any issue. I'll keep coming to this place for mailing anything.
My experience was above and beyond nothing short of PHENOMENAL!! The customer service was top notch This company is the best at what they do. Shipping used to be tedious and daunting especially as a new business owner but ALO Shipping made things easy and the company went ABOVE and BEYOND the call to make sure that they helped me.Fast, Courteous , and great at what they do best I will be recommending to both my customers and family This company by far the BEST from now on ALL of my shipping will be with ALO Shipping.
