Javier Ossa provided me with phenomenal customer service. My request was out of the ordinary and Javier had to do some research to walked me through the process for out of state fingerprints. I wanted to write this review more than a year ago but never sat down to do it.... There is a reason that this store keeps getting 5-start positive reviews. Javier is super professional, patient and detail oriented. I've mailed several very important packages and he made sure to deliver them on time without any issue. I'll keep coming to this place for mailing anything.
Awesome customer service. I notarized some documents with them. Javier took the time to explain and guide me in the sea of papers that I had. I highly recommend them.
