I tried and tried and tried to do business here because I was really interested in a San Juan pool, but they just weren't interested in returning my phone calls. Their foreman DID come out to my home and look at the proposed site, but that was the last time I've heard from them. I had a budget of 100k for the job as I was looking for a lot of extras. I've since signed the papers with a competitor and I'm looking forward to our new pool in the near future. I hope that whoever tries to do business with Sunrise has better luck ... read more

I have worked with various manufacturers that have been one of their suppliers for almost 15 years now. During that time period I have found them to be a versatile, knowledge, and competent, accordingly I would highly recommend them.
We ordered a hot tub lid on March 30th, and paid for half. They promised it would arrive in 2 weeks, its now May 28th...2 MONTHS later, and we're still getting the run around!!
