Unit 12D PH review Location and view from the top floor are reasons to love this unit. The dirt and built up grime (unswept and unwashed floors - our bare feet turned black) (grimy, doors, and light switches), (master bath door with black mold), run down, stained and smelly upholstered sofa and chairs ( we had to cover them with spare sheets to sit on them), lack of maintenance or minimal upkeep (burned out light bulbs, dresser drawer handles missing, single 60 watt bulbs in 3 way bed lamps (forget about trying to read in be... read more
Our Condo had a Bad Cigarette Smell When We opened the Door to go in. The Sliding Glass door in the Master Bedroom was Inoperable. THE towel Bar in Our Bathroom was Broken. There was Mold in the Master Bathroom. The Living Room Furniture Needs to be Cleaned.

We have rented the same condo, 11 C, for 4 years in a row. We have absolutely loved it and if we can afford it we will be going back in 2026. It has a swimming pool on each side of the boardwalk to the beach ( that's 2 pools!). It has 3 bedrooms including 2 sleeper couches .
