I booked a last minute trip just a few hours before arrival, and she was very accommodating. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, the view was beautiful, it was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the attention put into the small details made the stay that much better. While sitting outside drinking my coffee in the mornings, the ducks would come to shore and I would feed them. I’ll definitely be back when I need another peaceful getaway!

I teach private yoga sessions at Sunrise Point. I have not been in any of the facilities as we always practice yoga outdoors. It is a superb location for outdoor activities. Even in the heat, it was pleasant. There are many trees, great grass, patios and wildlife-a squirrel watched our practice, it was adorable.

From the second you drive onto the property, you can tell so much thought and care was put into this place. The cabin interiors have so many great little luxury touches, and despite being side by side, you largely get the illusion of being on your own when you’re sitting outside on your personal patio. The infinity pool is fabulous, and we made an effort to get in, despite the weather being slightly cooler than we would’ve liked. We feel like we found a piece of paradise! We loved being steps away from the lake and seeing wildlife at various times. It was very peaceful - a much needed break from our busy lives. Our cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I chose this location based on the recommendation of a friend. It was our first getaway as a couple, and I can't say enough about how absolutely perfect it was. The owners have literally carved out a magical and serene slice of heaven. Everything is geared towards focusing on each other and the beautiful sounds and sights of nature!
