If you are looking for a plumbing company with integrity that stands behind their work this in not the company for you. The new owner just bought the company a few years ago and is doing everything possible to run the business into the ground. I had multiple interactions with the new owner who, from the get go, did everything he could to duck responsibility for his shoddy work.
