Always fantastic! The vets and clinic staff are always friendly, helpful, and very patient with my timid dog. The pricing is reasonable, treatment options are clearly explained, and I have never felt pressured. This clinic genuinely cares about my dog and feels very community-focused. I have been to a few other vet clinics in Vancouver where I was routinely charged over $500 per visit. I have never had that experience with this clinic. Very disappointing how the staff just wants to upsell you with no consideration on your questions or concerns on your dog. Literally you will have to beg plenty of times before they get addressed. Very tone deaf, insensitive, and no customer service at all. Couldn't even apologize when the feedback about the inappropriate behaviour of their Vet Tech was brought to their attention. If that's how they treat humans, I don't want to know how they treat pets.
Rude vet technician and not transparent with pricing. If you love your pets, please do not take them here, they only care about the money
