I’m not a New Orleans native — I moved here over three years ago with my family, full of hope. But after living here and seeing what goes on in this city, especially in New Orleans East, I can honestly say this: the people are being forgotten. Went today and canceled the appointment on the spot! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I would never let them provide medical care for my children!

Terrible since it is no longer Sunrise Pediatrics. We have brought our 5 kids to Sunrise since 1990-present. The rudest front office people, and anyone else that you have to deal with, besides Dr. MASCHARENAS, she's wonderful. However, she does not own the office any longer. Finding another pediatric office after 25 years. Sad!
