Attended open house, was very impressed with display unit and the quality and functionality of the apartment. Though not completed yet, you can see the efforts put in by the developer and builder to give a good product relative to value. Location is excellent.

Purchased a 2 bedroom apartment. Consider it good value, and definitely at an excellent location. Close to schools and local amenities. No uncessary faciliaties like gym and swimming pool. Quality is excllent for the value that I paid for the unit. Great buy.
Loved the building and sprit of the design and community,l. really nice courtyard, gardens and internal layouts.
We’re very pleased with this building. Love the size of the apartment and quality of finishes as it is very close to Epping Station.
