My husband has been at Bickford of Worthington Memory Care for almost 1 year. I am very pleased with the excellent quality of care given by caregivers who are well-trained, patient and kind. They feel like family. They care about each resident’s needs and interests. The wide range of activities they provide engage residents physically and mentally. The menu and food are very good. The cleaning and maintenance staff do a great job. I am truly thankful for Bickford of Worthington Memory Care.

Bickford hasn’t observed the proper meal schedules causing shortened visits or no visits at all. I asked several staff about the meal time changes and they didn’t know. My mom was at dinner before 4pm. Meals times and events should be clearly posted for staff and visitors. Finally, a new Director was appointed and put things back to normal. Sanity has prevailed! They were trying to get staff off the clock as soon as possible. As of today, I’m unable to verify if these schedules have been posted.

Thank you for taking such good care of my mother! I love Bickford's personal approach to each residents' needs. I feel they work proactively to try their best to make each resident feel heard and do their best to respond.
