Apparently, they cycle through administrators frequently. Can't seem to retain talent. Says something about their corp mgt and/or HR.
Very nice facility with excellent staff and management. Administrator and most staff members are very personable, caring and compassionate, and always make special time to meet with residents and family. Food is better than most facilities visited.
On the positive side, the rooms were very clean, a beautiful view. The facility was very attractive and a concert was given one Saturday. The schedule, food and activities were all well planned (though my mother could not take advantage of those services due to her health. The staff was very caring, though often were hard to find and there was always a poor response to call buttons.
