My unfortunate experience with Sunrise Senior Living, Newtown Square Pennsylvania also known as Sunrise Assisted Living is, it's poorly managed! It is extremely important for us to share an accurate representation of this business and our ethical responsibility to others looking for care, for their family members. Therefore I take this review very seriously and can honestly state, myself, and several family members have witnessed the daily acceptance of unacceptable behavior. When important issues were brought to the attenti... read more
They killed my mom!She had copd stage 4 was coughing for 3 weeks !They kept treating her with different cough medicine instead of a lung infection!!We had to tell them to take a chest X-ray and they told us she had no congestive heart failure and no copd!Which wasn’t her X-ray at all since she has it for 10 years! We had to put her in hospice for 2 weeks said goodbye to her twice while she was transitioning then she rallied and came home for 6 weeks suffering with such terrible breathing she just kept getting worse and final... read more

They had no financial knowledge or business knowledge. They spent their entire life barely above poverty levels but managed to be disciplined and pay off their house a few years ago. Their income level would qualify them... read more
Do not believe what Sunrise tells you. And they give you warm cookies, so everybody feels great and welcomed. However, the sales staff have absolutely no say in who is actually admitted to a facility, no matter what they make it seem like. We were repeatedly told our dad was welcome to come to THREE different Sunrise communities -- only to have... read more

I talked to the corporate office they are doing nothing
