Too often amazing people help others and get little recognition. My father just turned 101 on 12/12 and I needed to move fast and get him help. Allison Riccardelli is the BEST!!! She made everything happen with a super quick evaluation and made all the arrangements for us that we needed. She's always available when we call and has made our challenging experience so much better. I am updating this review in a very major way. It turns out this place has a beautiful facility and nothing more. The people who are running it (except for the Assisted Living coordinator) aren't very good and really don't care much. Our experience was uniformly poor, from the administration to the regular staff to the nursing staff to the food to the billing department. The Sunrise of Summit is truly a 5star community! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is absolutely terrific! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have had the opportunity to hear so much positive feedback from the residents on site as well. I've even attended one of the many events hosted by Sunrise of Summit, and the food prepared by the chef was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this facility for your loved one. I know they also provide amazing tours if you wanted to check out the facility.
