When my sister could no longer live on her own, she moved into Sunrise. The staff welcomed her and she loved her big room with lots of windows. She needed medication management and physical therapy, and eventually went into hospice care. The care team at Sunrise took great care of her. Any concerns that any of us had were always quickly addressed.
You bring a tray to a person who cannot feed there self. And u leave it. My mom lost her eye sight. And was hollering for help. How could anyone hear her with the door to her room was shut, and the door to the main apartment unit was shut. WOW
Sunrise of Springfield is a wonderful assisted living AND a terrific memory care facility! Its managers, its employees, and its nursing staff could not be more professional, more competent or more caring toward each of its residents - AND toward all of their relatives as well!
