Not only is the location perfect for hospitals, shopping and more, but the staff actually cares deeply about the residents. They have lots of activities in which almost everyone participates. My mom and dad were both happy there. She passed almost 3 years ago, but he remains...and loves it. As his children, we have no worries that he is being well cared for and is happy.
I met Laura Black (Director of Sales) with Sunrise Senior Living Plano location at our church (Prestonwood) Dementia Support Group monthly meetings. Laura’s experience with dementia provided insight and encouragement as we transitioned my 91 year old Father who has dementia from his home (Utilized 3rd Party 24 hour care) in Shreveport, LA. A beautiful community that exudes joy! Had a wonderful tour with Laura this morning, who showed us Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Reminisce. The residents were active and engaged, and the team was enthusiastic about the quality of care they provide!
