We had a wonderful experience at Sunrise. LJ, the Sales Director, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring. Stacey, the BOC, was just as incredible and made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. You can really tell they both care about residents and families, not just filling rooms. The best experience I have had was with Lj, he was very detailed oriented. He was well versed and gave great insight on our situation. It was very clean, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. He toured us in memory care for a future place for my mom. We look forward to working with him closely soon!
