We met with LJ Canal and took a tour of the facility. LJ answered all of our questions and was a wealth of information. A beautiful property and very clean and inviting. They take care of all that you need for a loved one on any level. I would highly recommend.
After touring Sunrise, I was very impressed with the level of care given to residents, with a high level of knowledge and technology. LJ, who gave me my tour is a highly skilled professional with detailed knowledge of all their programs and care. He answered all my questions with detailed precision. I was very comforted.
I can’t say enough about LJ Canal and Polly, who are extremely thoughtful and helpful ambassadors, and representatives of Sunrise of Metairie. The process of helping a loved one into assisted living is full of decisions and complications that you don’t usually think about. LJ and Polly have gone above and beyond and helping my family Navigate the Waters.
L. J. was fabulous! He walked us through the process, was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous. This would have not been so easy without him. If I could, I’d give him 10 stars!
Beautiful building, excellent staff and oversight with directors. My parents couldn’t be happier in their AL community. 10/10 recommend!
