They left my grandma unchecked ALL DAY and she has covid!!! Her oxygen dropped to 87 and they didn’t know until we FORCED them to check on her!! This place should be shut down! DON’T put your loved ones here!!!
What steps are being taken to protect the residents? We were just told by an employee "since coronavirus can only be transmitted by a sneeze or cough, we don't need to wear masks." Please, PLEASE tell me that there is someone in charge there that is keeping up to date on COVID-19 and taking common sense steps to protect those in their care!
Place is a joke! I’d never put anyone I cared about or even my worst enemy in this place
