We have had the most wonderful experience at Glenncrest at Johns Creek since moving Mom in about a year ago. The staff is wonderful to work with, they are so caring, and their attention to detail is a cut above the rest. Mom receives the most amazing care each and every day and if questions or concerns arise, the staff is quick to respond, and always does so in a very professional manner. We are so thankful for all of the employees and the home type feel that you notice the moment you walk in the doors!
Since QSL/Glenncrest took over Sunrise Johns Creek this Spring of 2026, Mom has had huge surprises on her monthly bill for services she didn’t get and doesn’t need and were never discussed with us. Meanwhile the quality of meals and level of care have not improved. She has gotten only one sponge bath in the last month. There are significant waits for help to get to the bathroom. We have been extremely pleased with the care and attention my mother has gotten at Glenncrest.The place is clean,staff is friendly and she enjoys the food.Jordan has done a tremendous job over the past 2 years keeping up a constant stream of activities and outings that mom loves.We would definitely recommend Glenncrest as a good option for assisted living .
