The guy at the front desk was VERY RUDE when I stopped by to ask about if positions were still available since I couldn't make the job fair. It's HOW YOU SAY things and his energy from when he heard I missed the job fair was dismissive. You don't know WHY I missed it but rather you shut down when I have further questions?? I will NOT be applying here due to this incident. The worker at the front whom I'm referring to is a big guy, white. Dismissive for no reason. Why work at the front desk with that attitude?
Lovely place, staff is very kind and attentive to the residents. Sparky enjoyed visiting there.
Update- it seems my review has been suppressed/Hidden I’m unsure why, i feel my review is a honest reflection of my experience. I did respond to the reply by emailing as requested however that email went unanswered. Update 2/1922024: still no communication During our visit on a Saturday afternoon, my husband and I were given a tour by the HR manager, the sales representative was unavailable or not there. My husband had a short stay at Sunrise because he ended up needing a long-term skilled nursing facility. Even for that short time, we were extremely grateful for the help we received from the sales director, the care coordinator, the nursing staff (including the nurses’ aides and the med techs), PT/OT (which he was not well enough to do but they checked on him and communicated with me frequently), and the kitchen staff (who prepared meals that my husband LOVED).
