Beautiful Community and staff is amazing. Residents are a lot of fun. Great place to move your loved one.
Our family has experienced two serious medication-related incidents involving this facility. When Sunrise was operating the facility, medication was ordered and administered without the Healthcare POA's knowledge or permission. The state investigated the matter and cited the facility for violations. Despite that prior state investigation and corrective action, similar issues occurred again recently and another state complaint has recently been filed. The tour was informative. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean and pleasant. To get the most accurate pricing, I will still need to complete a one on one evaluation with their nurse but this is the same process at all assisted livings.
A family member of ours recently moved in here and has absolutely been able to make a place she calls home. The staff are super friendly, helpful and responsive. They keep us informed of any changes with the facility or with her care. There are daily activities that she participates in that keep her active and engaged with her new friends. The guy at the front desk was VERY RUDE when I stopped by to ask about if positions were still available since I couldn't make the job fair. It's HOW YOU SAY things and his energy from when he heard I missed the job fair was dismissive. You don't know WHY I missed it but rather you shut down when I have further questions?? I will NOT be applying here due to this incident. The worker at the front whom I'm referring to is a big guy, white. Dismissive for no reason. Why work at the front desk with that attitude?
