The word that comes to mind for Sunrise of Fort Worth is classy! From the time you walk in, you are greeted warmly by both staff amd residents! I’ve had the pleasure of dining here and it’s evident there are very experienced chefs in the kitchen. They are always trying new things and keeping it fresh. It is evident there is a dedication by all staff memebership to make this an enjoyable place for those that call this home.
I always love walking into Sunrise because the smile I see on everyone's faces is good for the soul! Margaret is the best and has been there for years and just makes that place radiate sunshine. She helps to host wonderful parties and events for the residents and the healthcare community and cares so much about everyone around her. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to her, you'll be glad you did!
We are looking for a permanent assisted living facility for our mom and just finished a tour with Destinee and Margaret. They are phenomenal! We were warmly greeted, and had a great discussion learning about all the care options. We felt that the conversation was genuine and gave us comfort in their knowledge of care and the plans they have in place. Our overall impression is extremely positive.
My father has lived here for about five weeks now. The food is mediocre, but the place is clean, smells good and the care staff is great. The management team isn’t so great, getting someone to ask you why your bill has gone up is like pulling teeth. Margaret the sales person used pressure tactics for my debit card because there was another family that wanted the room we wanted only to find out there is a lot of vacancy heee.
