I would say it's a good and trustworthy place to leave your loved ones. On the third floor, you can see that there's a lot of work going on, aside from the many types of behaviors that patients may exhibit. The team member or caregiver always treats them with respect and care. There's a little girl on the third floor (Kelly), the best of the best. From the moment I entered Sunrise, I was pleasantly at ease. Val was the first person I met at the front desk, she was so warm, outgoing and ready to assist in anyway. My mom is in the memory care unit, the staff is respectful and always willing to help. Indera goes way beyond assisting my mom with everyday tasks, she is a gem. Kerry, Simone and Georgia are also ready to listen and help along with the rest of the staff. Sunrise Cresskill is a well run community that has independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The staff is top notch and attentive from the moment you walk in the door.
The facility is very clean and staff is very understanding and kind. Patients are treated kindly, and kept safe.
