My father lived at Sunrise for 10 months, first in the assisted-living floor, and then subsequently on the memory floor. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and the care that my father received. While he was in an assisted living, we cannot say enough about the staff, the aids, and the nurses. Dad enjoyed the food and had fun engaging with the staff. I would rate it the full five stars! Unfortunately,Dad‘s dementia, progressed to the point where he had to move to the memory floor. My mother has lived at Sunrise for eleven years and at age 98 is still enjoying the food and activities, and her interactions with the residents and staff. The people who work there are the most caring you could ever hope for!

My father was in assisted living at another facility when Alzheimer’s started to take its toll. It was so heartbreaking! We moved him to memory care and it was pretty clear early on that we had to move on. This is when I found out about Sunrise through a recommendation. I read the reviews and decided to take a look. The memory care section is very welcoming, and staff was so nice. Rooms have ample space, lots of closet space, and very homey.
