Kind, caring and professional.
My grandmother lives here on the 3rd floor (memory care) and it is AMAZING! We love it, and most importantly my grandmother loves it. There are so many fun activities, every time we see her she tells us how much she enjoys all the things the does, and how someone comes to get her to do things on the other floors all the time (they cannot leave the 3rd floor unaccompanied but staff come and bring my grandmother to all the socials/games/exercise classes etc that happen on the other floors throughout the day).
