My sister just arrived there and the care is terrible. Paying $9000 for 30 days is a joke. She wasn’t given her zarelto last night and they haven’t given her this pill tonight. They didn’t have any idea about the pill. What? They didn’t come to get her for her supper meal. She was supposed to shower today and no one came in to help her. No Shower!! Larry in the maintenance department is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He always has a kind word and will do anything to help anyone
This company does not care about their workers. People have worked their for years and they do not listen to their complaints or needs. This is not only regarding the managers in the community but the corporate managers as well. Many of us complained to the previous human resources manager "Monica" and she did the investigations and handed in everything to the current executive director "Lori" and previous one too. The sunrise tour at Cary was truly exceptional! The admissions team went above and beyond, making the experience enjoyable for everyone. They were doing activities in theater room exercising, and it was evident that the care staff genuinely cared for the residents. I liked the model rooms they looked more spacious then I had thought. Although I couldn't persuade my family to make the move from PA, to NC, witnessing the residents' contentment made it clear that this community prioritizes well-being and enjoyment. I toured Sunrise of Fountain Square for my Mom, but pricey for what it is. The building looks like it belongs down south, so a bit odd. Concierge greeted me right away; very friendly. People were sitting in the dining room, eating, speaking little. Couldn’t tell what was on the menu, but looked like they all were eating the same thing. The model rooms were nice, fresh.
