My wife Nancy received wonderful care as she dealt with Alzheimer's disease at Sunrise of Boulder. The director, leadership staff, caregivers, those who clean the rooms-- everyone was engaged and supportive. Many have been with Sunrise since it started over twenty years ago, and their values have been passed to all newcomers. Personal attention, group activities, and pleasant surroundings come together to create a sense of community and belonging as residents face difficult times.
STAY AWAY!!!! The customer service is terrible. They hung up on on my face three times while I was trying to talk to get in contact with my family, the manager of the caregivers is rude, the receptionist at the front desk literally hung up in my face twice.
We have only toured once, but felt everyone was very nice, kind and it felt good.
The Assisted Living Coordinator, Felicia Bock, is a wonderful advocate for all of the residents and their families at Sunrise Senior Living in Boulder. She is a great listener, communicator and problem solver. Her empathetic nature and experience show in all she does. She's a true asset to the Sunrise community!
Santosh and his staff do a wonderful job assisting mom and keeping the family well informed of any issues that may arise.
