I love visiting Bickford. it's always so nice, the caregivers are friendly, and the residents are happy.
It's a beautiful community with a great staff that cares greatly for the residents that we serve and provide care for daily.
My mother has been a resident of Bickford now for two months after being in a different facility for nearly five years. The care she is receiving now is noticeably better than what she had been receiving (in the other facility). Over the holidays family members noticed that she was clean and well, unlike last year's holiday experience. In the other facility my mother had chronic UTIs (almost every 6-8 weeks). Don't bother, the management is... poor, anything that goes wrong and/or if a complaint is made, it's ignored. Staff turnover also occurs at a head-spinning rate.
