She make sure that we work on a safe and healthy environment. We can always count on her to answer any calls whenever is needed. The food is awful! When I first moved here a year ago, the food was done very well. The last three months food that should be served hot is served cold, vegetables are overcooked, and service is very slow. Many residents are unhappy and complaining about it. Whoever is in charge does not seem to be trying to improve the situation.
The staff there is so compassionate. They are caring to.the residents and are always so considerate of families If your loved one cannot remain at home due to memory problems this is a good place for them

RecommendedPlaya Vista is great Facility with awesome staff!!! Except for their Hospice agency Sacred Life Hospice, Do Not choose them for end of life care for you loved ones, they are all about the $$$ and do not care about you and your family...
